The United States and Baltimore County voluntarily agreed to the Settlement Agreement available at the link below. On May 24, 2021, the Court entered the Settlement Agreement as a final order, meaning it found the Agreement to be fair, adequate, reasonable, lawful, and not a product of collusion or against the public interest.
